Espresso macchiato is a small drink at Starbucks. You will receive a 4oz cup with two shots of espresso and a thin layer of foam on top. This is called simply 'macchiato' in italian, but the Starbucks version of simply 'macchiato' is 'latte macchiato' in italian.
